  “On April 29, 2009, I rented a condo owned by Mr. Power for the week of May 15, 2009. I pre-paid the entire $850 rent plus the $500 security deposit. We had to delay our trip and were not able to use the condo. Mr. Power has refused to refund the $500 security deposit, thought it is against Colorado law to keep it. As a CPA, a landlord, and the owner of a Mortgage company, one would expect that Mr. Power is familiar with the Colorado real estate law. However, he knows that since we live in Illinois, we have limited ways to retrieve the money. I believe that his blatant disregard of Colorado state laws displays a basic lack of trustworthiness. I would give 0 stars if allowed.”
